    Dear Partner,

    We’re writing to inform you that we will no longer have a discount agreement with the following networks on the Manx profile as of 31st December 2025.

    TADIG: VNMVM

    We apologise for the shorter than usual notice but, the decision from the MNO was not received in the usual timeframe. Due to the time of year and Christmas holidays, we will be blocking access to these networks on 23rd of December 2025.

    We advise moving any traffic away from the network over the coming week to ensure as little service disruption as possible when access is blocked.

    If you have an urgent requirement to retain access to the network, please contact your account manager for assistance.

Rescheduled Migration of OV Subscribers to new HLR infrastructure

    We are migrating all OV Subscribers to new HLR infrastructure. This is a high-risk activity which is likely to cause some service disruption as roaming partner networks will need update.

     

    There is a requirement to implement a Provisioning freeze throughout the migration activity. The PPL provisioning interface will be disconnected at the start of the maintenance window and will be reinstated once the migration has been successfully completed. The high-risk activities will take place later in the maintenance window and will require all active roamers to register on to the new HLR infrastructure.

     

    Following the completion of migration work, an extended period of monitoring will take place.

    Due to delays with the on-island HLR/HSS migration, the OV migration has been delayed until January. Updated dates will be supplied as soon as possible.
