OV - GRX Security Enhancements (3 of 3) – Maintenance details

Additional security features are being introduced by our GRX service provider Manx Telecom. The changes will be implemented on an individual roaming partner basis over 3 successive nights between 20:00 – 03:00 on the 5th, 6th and 7th May.

We do not anticipate any noticeable service impact, but we do expect some data sessions to terminated when change is implemented to the roaming partner they are connected to. The device will be able to reconnect immediately. OV and the MT Support Teams will be closely monitoring service performance during the change windows.
