    Nokia has confirmed the upgrade has completed successfully and DNS has been updated to allow traffic to gradually fall back to the PGW.

    Nokia have requested we extend the maintenance window, traffic is off-loaded onto the IoM PGWs, so there is no customer impact.

    We are upgrading the US Packet Gateway software with Nokia to the latest release.

    Traffic will be migrated to the IoM PGWs approximately 12 hours before work takes place to allow sessions to move naturally, and then migrated back afterwards once the upgrade is confirmed complete. This should minimise any disruption to customer sessions.

    The upgrade duration is expected to be 3-4 hours.


    This does NOT impact any customers on the MT or OV IoM PGWs.
