    We are migrating all OV Subscribers to new HLR infrastructure. This is a high-risk activity which is likely to cause some service disruption as roaming partner networks will need update.

     

    There is a requirement to implement a Provisioning freeze throughout the migration activity. The PPL provisioning interface will be disconnected at the start of the maintenance window, and will be reinstated once the migration has been successfully completed.

     

    Following the completion of migration work, an extended period of monitoring will take place.
